The PAMAS AACC (Automatic Analyser for Component Cleanliness) offers both automatic particle counting with a liquid particle counter and the conventional analysing method with filter patches.
Procedure: The parts are cleaned in the integrated spray cabinet. The used cleaning liquid is stored in the container. A special treatment removes bubbles from the liquid. The particle counting is started automatically to analyse the washing fluid. At the same time, a filter patch is generated for microscopic analysis.
